Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to changing the world one child and one community at a time. Kiwanis of Arcadia was established in 2002 By Dr. Sheng H. Chang, with the purpose to bring cohesiveness to our community. John Hsu is the 2009 President. He has set "Family" as the theme of this year. With the economic hardship around us, he feels that family has to be the backbone of our community.
